Head of Data and AI

Job Summary

Driving the AI and data strategy, the full-time Head of Data and AI will lead the development of AI-enabled product capabilities and build a high-performing Data & AI function in a remote setting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executives.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical strategy and execution roadmap for AI-enabled product capabilities
• Drive adoption of advanced AI technologies such as generative AI and predictive analytics to deliver measurable customer value
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Data & AI organization across various disciplines

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI and ML systems at scale
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, LLM architectures, and vector databases
• Strong background in modern data engineering and large-scale data pipeline architectures
• Hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem tools such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Machine Learning
• Experience building and leading high-performing Data / AI engineering teams in regulated domains
