Head of Data Strategy
Job Summary
Leading the data strategy for commercialization, the full-time Head of Data Strategy will build and manage capabilities to enable AI-ready decision-making, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance data acquisition, governance, and product management in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the commercialization data strategy to support portfolio growth and scalable analytics
- Establish data governance practices and manage the lifecycle of external and internal data sources
- Create and oversee a portfolio of data products that provide actionable insights for commercialization efforts
Required qualifications:
- BA or BS required; MBA preferred
- 12-15 years of experience in data strategy, management, or analytics within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale data governance and acquisition initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect business needs to data solutions
- Experience with healthcare and pharmaceutical data sources and analytics platforms preferred
