Head of Delivery
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Head of Delivery will own and scale the Implementation Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering functions, ensuring complex customer deployments are executed successfully in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Delivery organization, building the necessary structure and processes as the company grows
- Engage hands-on with complex customer implementations, troubleshooting and participating in critical discussions
- Develop repeatable frameworks for deployment and establish metrics for measuring customer success and implementation health
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in leading customer-facing technical delivery or implementation engineering teams in a software company
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on complex issues
- Experience working directly with customers on moving projects from proof of concept to production
- Capability to balance customer-specific needs with scalable organizational growth
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of attracting and developing technical talent
