As a player-coach, the full-time Head of Deployed Engineering will lead critical deployments, write production code, and build a strong engineering team while working remotely to drive technical delivery for enterprise customers in the audit sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for major enterprise customer deployments, including scoping and production
- Write production code and develop agents, integrations, and tools to solve complex technical challenges
- Build and mentor the forward deployed engineering team, creating repeatable deployment processes and turning field work into product features
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in forward deployed, solutions, or customer engineering
- Recent hands-on experience writing production software
- Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Comfort engaging with senior enterprise stakeholders in regulated environments
- Strong judgment on balancing customer-specific solutions with platform-wide needs
