• Contribute to architecture discussions, key decisions, and company strategy

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams
• Ability to bridge business and technical strategy
• Deep understanding of software development, technology, and data infrastructure
• Experience operating as an executive and working closely with cross-functional partners
• Experience scaling consumer internet or marketplace businesses is a bonus
