Head of Enterprise FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A, this full-time remote position will manage the company-wide planning processes, including AOP and Long-Range Planning, while mentoring one direct report and driving cross-functional alignment across finance and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full planning cycle from AOP to reforecasts and LRP, ensuring project discipline and executive-ready outputs
• Establish planning frameworks and milestones by pulling inputs from various functions and pressure-testing them
• Develop a single source of truth for financial definitions and KPIs, enhancing global consolidation and enterprise reporting

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of managing AOP and multi-year planning cycles from kickoff to executive readout
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience in improving consolidation and reporting systems
• Ability to align competing priorities and drive accountability across teams and levels
• Clear and confident communication skills to influence stakeholders effectively
