Job Summary
Leading a team of product managers, the full-time remote Head of Exchange Infrastructure will own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer, focusing on consolidating multiple matching engines and ensuring a seamless platform for all products and interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer, including the matching engine and API engine
- Lead and develop a team of four to five product managers, setting high standards for product craft
- Define success metrics and partner with engineering leaders to ensure smooth migration without disrupting live markets
Required qualifications
- Senior product leader with experience in exchange, trading, or high-performance platforms
- Proven ability to manage and develop product managers effectively
- Strong understanding of matching engine and market data architecture
- Experience building platforms for internal customers with a focus on scalability
