Head of Family Guides

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced patient care leader, the full-time Head of Family Guides will manage the recruitment, onboarding, and support of a high-performing team of Directors of Family Guides, ensuring high-quality patient engagement and adherence to the integrated care model in a remote setting with occasional in-person attendance required.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the family guide vertical for up to 4,500 high acuity patients across multiple carepods
• Recruit, onboard, and manage Directors of Family Guides, fostering accountability and clinical leadership
• Ensure operational excellence and support clinical escalations while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant patient or family coaching experience
• 10+ years of people management experience with full-time direct reports
• 2+ years of experience leading multi-state behavioral health teams
• 8+ years of startup experience
• Ability to work one evening per week
