Head of Finance

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Head of Finance will build and own the financial backbone of a company preparing for a US listing, overseeing group reporting, multi-entity consolidation, and financial controls in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own group reporting under IFRS and deliver German statutory accounts while ensuring US GAAP comparability
• Manage multi-entity consolidation, monthly close, and drive cash forecasting and working capital efforts
• Build, lead, and develop a global finance team while maintaining financial controls and compliance

Required qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience (e.g., Head of Finance, Finance Director, CFO of a smaller entity)
• Strong practical IFRS knowledge in a production or hardware context
• Experience with HGB statutory accounts and multi-entity consolidation
• Solid understanding of financial controls, risk management, and compliance
• Background in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
