Job Summary
In a high-growth environment, the full-time remote Head of Finance will manage the finance function from the ground up, focusing on strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial reporting to support the company's growth and resource orchestration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while developing robust sales and revenue models
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
- Own monthly board packs and financial reporting, translating data into actionable recommendations for the leadership team
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, ideally from Series A to C
- Strong grasp of US GAAP, revenue recognition, and modern finance tools
- Ability to act as a commercial partner to the CEO, influencing pricing, deal structuring, and revenue strategy
- Experience with Quickbooks online
- Strategic, proactive, and deeply analytical mindset
