Head of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Leading financial planning initiatives, the full-time Head of Financial Planning will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting remotely while overseeing the FP&A team and collaborating with department heads to evaluate business performance and make strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct company-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting
- Develop and maintain consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow forecasts
- Prepare and present financial plans, forecasts, and performance analyses to executive teams and boards
Required Qualifications
- At least 20 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of eight years in FP&A leadership
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with a proven ability to apply both frameworks
- Expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis
- A recognized professional qualification, such as CPA or CA, and a degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including building and reviewing three-statement financial models
