Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance
Job Summary
To support a growing fintech company, the full-time Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance will partner with leadership to drive financial planning, build financial models, and analyze key financial indicators while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Build and maintain robust financial models, including forecasts and cash flow projections
- Analyze and report on key financial indicators, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking
- Proven ability to distill complex financial analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in GSuite
- Knowledge of Tableau for reporting and analytics
