Head of Global S&OP

Job Summary

Leading the development of a global S&OP and IBP model, the full-time Head of Global S&OP will manage governance, standards, and decision rights across multiple sites to optimize customer commitments, regulatory compliance, and asset utilization in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global S&OP and IBP cadence, ensuring data integrity and decision-making processes are upheld
• Build and maintain a rolling demand and supply view, aligning site plans and identifying gaps across the network
• Drive S&OP integration with Finance, connecting planning outcomes to revenue and margin while supporting long-range planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data and Analytics, or a related field with extensive experience in supply chain and planning
• Significant experience leading S&OP or equivalent planning functions in complex, multi-site environments
• Deep knowledge of large-scale biologics manufacturing planning, including campaign planning and GMP environments
• Proficiency with planning tools and strong data fluency and modeling skills
• Track record of presenting to executive leadership and collaborating across multiple functions
