Head of Growth
Job Summary
Owning the full DTC/Shopify growth engine for Europe, the full-time remote Head of Growth will be accountable for achieving a 100% year-on-year channel growth target while managing PPC campaigns, leading creative strategy, and optimizing landing pages and offers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the DTC growth engine for Europe, ensuring profitable channel growth
- Scale PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels while continuously testing and optimizing
- Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining full ownership of the DTC growth profit and loss (P&L)
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing or e-commerce for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands
- Proficient in using artificial intelligence (AI) for creative generation and workflow automation
- Strong ability to craft both strategy and creative for PPC campaigns
- Experience in building and optimizing high-converting landing pages and funnels
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth and understanding the full customer journey
