Job Summary
To drive Compound's next phase of growth, the full-time Head of Growth will build and lead a global growth organization focused on institutional adoption, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute Compound's comprehensive growth strategy to accelerate institutional adoption and increase lending and borrowing activity
- Originate, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships with institutional investors and financial platforms
- Establish and manage a disciplined, data-driven business development pipeline with clear accountability and measurable outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in building and leading growth or business development organizations with measurable success
- Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, institutional sales cycles, and onchain lending and borrowing
- Proven ability to independently negotiate and close complex strategic partnerships
- Established network in traditional finance and digital asset sectors
- Experience managing high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and execution
