Job Summary
To support a growing People Team, the remote or hybrid Head of HR Business Partner, Commercial will proactively advise C-suite leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and the development of high-performing teams while managing HRBPs and overseeing talent processes.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive strategic HR experience within technology, consumer, or logistics industries
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated success in supporting and influencing Senior Director and VP-level leaders
- Hands-on experience with workforce planning and organizational redesigns
- Prior formal management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
