Head of Human Resources
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time salaried Head of Human Resources will build scalable HR infrastructure, develop a high-performance culture, and lead talent acquisition efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance HR operations for efficiency and scalability, implementing comprehensive policies and standardized workflows
- Design and execute performance management frameworks that align individual contributions with organizational objectives
- Develop recruitment strategies and oversee hiring processes to meet current and future workforce needs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in BPO, shared services, professional services, or high-growth organizations is preferred
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with KPI frameworks and HR operational processes
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and performance management software
