Head of Immunology Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership across Immunology and Infectious Disease portfolios, the full-time Head of Immunology Portfolio Manager will oversee global clinical development programs, drive client partnerships, and ensure financial performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive-level strategic oversight of multiple complex global clinical development programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead portfolio strategy, financial performance, and resource planning while managing senior client governance and key performance indicators across major accounts
• Drive business development initiatives through proposal strategy, account expansion, and fostering relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline with 15+ years of clinical research experience
• 10+ years of project or portfolio management leadership experience, with deep expertise in Immunology and preferred experience in Infectious Disease
• Proven success in managing large, complex global portfolios and leading senior-level client relationships
• Strong commercial and financial leadership capabilities, including business development and executive stakeholder management
• Comprehensive knowledge of drug development, clinical trials, and ICH-GCP requirements
