Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership across Immunology and Infectious Disease portfolios, the full-time Head of Immunology Portfolio Manager will oversee complex global clinical development programs, drive client partnerships, and ensure financial performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive-level strategic oversight of multiple global clinical development programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Lead portfolio strategy, financial performance, and resource planning across major accounts while managing key performance indicators
• Drive business development through proposal strategy and account expansion with biotech and pharmaceutical clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline
• 15+ years of clinical research experience with 10+ years in project or portfolio management leadership
• Deep expertise in Immunology and knowledge of drug development and clinical trials
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex global portfolios and senior-level client relationships
• Strong leadership capabilities in business development, financial management, and resource planning
