Head of Implementation

Job Summary

Leading client integration efforts, the full-time Head of Implementation will oversee the onboarding and implementation of payment solutions for new and existing clients, managing a team of integration specialists while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the client integration strategy to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Oversee all client integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align client needs with platform capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles related to payment or API integrations, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Strong background in payment processing systems and technical integrations in fintech or SaaS environments
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience managing complex integration projects and leading cross-functional teams
