Head of Infrastructure

Job Summary

Leading the technology infrastructure for MoneyPass Group, the full-time remote Head of Infrastructure will manage relationships with managed service providers, ensure SOC 2 Type 1 audit readiness, and develop operational processes while overseeing corporate IT functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the infrastructure MSP, including contract oversight, service level agreements, and operational KPIs
• Oversee the selection and onboarding of the corporate IT MSP, ensuring seamless service delivery and exit from Fiserv transition services
• Lead efforts for SOC 2 Type 1 audit readiness, including policy development, evidence collection, and auditor coordination

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure and IT operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing outsourced infrastructure and IT through MSPs, including contracts and SLAs
• Hands-on leadership experience with SOC 2 audits from readiness to reporting
• Knowledge of hybrid and cloud hosting, networking, and identity and access management
• Background in a regulated industry, preferably in payments, banking, or fintech
