Head of Investments

Job Summary

To lead investment strategy and execution, the full-time Head of Investments will manage a $400M+ portfolio, oversee a team focused on sourcing, acquisition, and asset management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative investment products in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize investment strategies and portfolios across real estate equity, credit, and hybrid products
• Build high-quality sourcing channels and oversee underwriting processes with a focus on data-driven insights
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing investments team while implementing best practices for efficiency

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of real estate investment experience, including equity and credit strategies
• Proven track record in acquisitions, asset management, underwriting, and financial modeling
• Experience at an institutional real estate firm, private equity fund, or similar organization
• Strong leadership experience in building and scaling investment teams
• Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex financial concepts
