Job Summary

Leading the investor relations function, the full-time salaried Head of Investor Relations will establish communication strategies, manage investor engagement, and support public disclosures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships through a thoughtful engagement program
• Manage investor communications, including quarterly earnings materials and presentations
• Deliver market intelligence by summarizing investor feedback and market developments for the executive team

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, particularly with publicly traded companies
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, and public-company reporting
• Proven ability to articulate complex business models and financial performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong project-management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
