Head of Investor Relations

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Head of Investor Relations will manage a team of associates, oversee investor network health, and ensure high-quality pitch delivery while reporting directly to the co-founders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the IR team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
• Maintain the health of the investor network by increasing active member engagement and ensuring suitable deal flow
• Conduct senior mandate calls with family offices and strategic investors while providing weekly performance updates to co-founders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment roles within family offices, VC, or growth funds
• Proven track record of managing a team of around six direct reports with demonstrated achievements
• Established relationships with family offices and a deep understanding of their investment criteria
• Strong writing skills, capable of crafting concise pitches that engage investors
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining organized workflows
