Job Summary
Leading the company's engagement with the investment community, the full-time remote Head of Investor Relations will manage the end-to-end IR function, including earnings execution, analyst and shareholder relationship management, and disclosure governance, while collaborating closely with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Owns the quarterly earnings cycle, ensuring consistency across disclosures and managing investor-facing content
- Serves as the primary contact for sell-side coverage and shareholders, managing outreach and tracking market sentiment
- Translates product strategy into a coherent investor narrative and maintains core IR collateral
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of FP&A or investment-related experience
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to contribute strategic insights to executive leaders
