Job Summary
To drive innovative learning solutions, the full-time remote Head of Learning Solutions will identify enterprise opportunities, design impactful programs, and lead client engagements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and validate enterprise learning opportunities through market research and client engagement
- Design curriculum architecture and assessment frameworks for enterprise learning programs
- Transform successful pilots into scalable offerings and develop sales enablement materials
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise learning or workforce transformation, with at least 3 years in solution design or product leadership
- Hands-on experience with certification-driven programs in AI/ML, Cloud, Data, or Software Engineering
- Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with L&D department heads
- Proven ability to build financial models and commercialization strategies
- Track record of delivering measurable impact of learning initiatives
