Job Summary
Leading the legal strategy for a growing tech company, the full-time Head of Legal will oversee all legal matters including product, privacy, and regulatory issues while working remotely and collaborating closely with the leadership team.

- Define and communicate Dojo's legal stance on critical issues in children's technology, ensuring alignment with regulatory developments
- Streamline legal processes to enhance the speed of product development and partnerships, providing timely legal support to teams
- Build and manage a high-performing in-house legal team, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Required qualifications
- Proven experience leading legal functions at a consumer tech company with a workforce of 100 to 1,000
- Strong background in privacy laws relevant to children's products, including COPPA and GDPR
- Experience managing M&A activities and board matters in collaboration with financial executives
- Demonstrated ability to enhance legal operations using AI and innovative practices
- 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on child-directed products or student data
