Job Summary
To support the operational backbone of a growing healthcare advocate company, the full-time Head of Operations will manage patient enrollment processes, oversee the hiring and training of Care Advocates, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COO to enhance patient enrollment and grow provider and Care Advocate teams while maintaining quality
- Transform people-dependent tasks into documented and repeatable processes to improve operational efficiency
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks on a weekly basis to ensure smooth workflows and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a top 15 school
- Prior experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain
- Strategy and operations leadership experience with measurable results
- Proven ability to build predictable, measurable systems in a fast-paced environment
