Job Summary
Leading the modernization of retirement recordkeeping operations, the fully remote Head of Operations Transformation & Integration will manage process improvements, drive digital transformation, and oversee system conversions while guiding a team of direct reports.
Key responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and operational transformation across retirement recordkeeping operations and service functions
- Develop and implement AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Manage post-acquisition recordkeeping integration and ensure effective change management across Operations & Service
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in retirement plan recordkeeping or financial services operations
- 7+ years of leadership experience in operations transformation or process improvement
- Deep understanding of defined contribution retirement plans and recordkeeping services
- Proven ability to establish and manage operational metrics and drive execution through implementation
