Head of Patient Care Guides

Job Summary

To support a growing team in the mental health sector, the full-time Head of Patient Care Guides will manage the recruitment, onboarding, and support of Directors of Patient Guides, ensuring high-quality patient engagement and adherence to the integrated care model in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the patient guide vertical, managing carepods and ensuring optimal patient engagement across high-acuity patients
• Recruit, onboard, and coach Directors of Patient Guides, fostering accountability and clinical leadership within their teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to ensure effective operations and support organizational scaling initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant patient coaching experience
• 10+ years of people management experience with full-time direct reports
• 2+ years of experience leading multi-state behavioral health teams
• 8+ years of startup experience
• Able to work one evening per week
