Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources at a business partner level in remote or hybrid environments
- CIPD qualified (or nearly qualified) or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience with international employment matters, particularly in the UK, European, and North American markets
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience with acquisitions and post-acquisition integration
