Head of People Operations

Job Summary

To build and lead the people function, the remote Head of People Operations will manage HR policies, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring the organization scales effectively with a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Own People Operations and Human Resources functions, developing scalable HR policies and processes
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, partnering with Legal on compliance matters
• Design and manage performance review programs and metrics to drive organizational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience with ownership of core HR functions
• Hands-on experience in overseeing core HR operations, including benefits administration and payroll coordination
• Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters and knowledge of U.S. employment law
• Experience building or scaling People Operations within a high-growth technology company
