Head of People Strategy
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and transformation efforts, the full-time Head of People Strategy will manage global planning, governance, and execution of the People function while operating in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the global People planning and governance model, including roadmap planning and portfolio health reviews
- Establish the operating model to connect strategy, business processes, and technology enablement across teams
- Drive transformation delivery through agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in HR, HR Technology, or related fields
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise HR technology initiatives or transformations
- 5+ years of experience managing complex cross-functional programs
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
