Job Summary
To support a growing digital health platform, the remote Head of Platform Services & UX will own the digital experience, integration architecture, and platform reliability while managing both strategic and tactical implementations of Epic/MyChart integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee digital product ownership for patient and clinical user experiences, including onboarding flows, scheduling, and messaging
- Manage platform services operations and reliability, ensuring uptime, incident management, and postmortem analysis
- Design and execute the technical integration framework for Epic/MyChart, focusing on interoperability architecture and data exchange
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or Epic-integrated environments
- Demonstrated experience with Epic/MyChart integrations and fluency in interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SMART, OAuth)
- Proven track record in leading platform reliability and release governance
- Experience managing customer onboarding and implementation processes in enterprise healthcare settings
- Strong documentation skills and ability to translate technical architecture into executive-ready clarity
