Job Summary

Leading Ethena's product organization remotely, the full-time Head of Product will mentor a small team of Product Managers while taking direct ownership of Ethena Pay, a revolutionary neobanking app built on crypto-native infrastructure, defining its vision and success metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers, establishing standards for process, prioritization, and quality across products
• Directly own the Ethena Pay product, defining its vision, roadmap, and success metrics while managing the product budget
• Develop and implement a lightweight product operating system, including discovery, prioritization, and compliance processes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing products with over 100K monthly active users
• Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers in a lean or high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience in leading and shipping payments or banking products
• Strong understanding of consumer fintech products and user behavior
• Ability to operate effectively as a peer to founders and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
