Head of Product
Job Summary
Leading the product function in a remote capacity, the full-time Head of Product will set strategy, mentor a team of product managers, and drive execution across integrations and core platform features while accommodating US East Coast working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term vision tied to revenue and retention goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow the PM team, establishing strong product craft and a culture of ownership
- Partner with the CTO and founders to align product strategy with business goals and market opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 4 years leading a PM team
- Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable business outcomes
- Deep experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platform products strongly preferred
- Technically fluent, with the ability to discuss trade-offs with engineers and understand API documentation
- Data-informed, able to define tracking events and interpret product analytics
