Head of Product
Job Summary
To lead BrightHire's next chapter, the full-time remote Head of Product will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing a multi-product portfolio, and ensuring exceptional execution to drive customer and business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Rapidly develop a deep understanding of customers, products, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with the CEO and Head of Engineering to allocate resources and drive execution across BrightHire's product initiatives
