Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy, the remote Head of Product will lead the development of a B2B product tailored for first responders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and user-centric design while engaging directly with customers in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, prioritizing features based on customer needs and data insights
• Engage with first responders to gather feedback and translate observations into actionable product improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to align product development with market demands

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading product development through high growth phases, ideally in B2B environments
• Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineering teams
• Strong customer focus with experience in public safety, govtech, digital health, or human performance preferred
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, early-stage company
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate effectively with stakeholders
