Head of Product
Job Summary
To support Dune's mission of making onchain finance observable, the full-time Head of Product will define product strategy for market data and institutional customers, oversee the product experience from data creation to delivery, and collaborate with engineering and commercial teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and prioritize customer needs and product development
- Own the product experience, ensuring data coverage, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Lead the product team and partner with cross-functional teams on customer evaluations and product scaling
Required qualifications
- Experience delivering technically complex data products for institutional customers
- Strong understanding of market data and financial institutions' data consumption
- Knowledge of onchain markets, tokenized equities, and RWAs
- Proven ability to connect customer needs with technical requirements and business cases
- Startup experience, ideally as a former founder or operator
