Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution, the full-time salaried Head of Product will own the product and design functions, collaborating closely with engineering and leadership while building a high-performing team in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and translate product strategy into a prioritized roadmap, making critical decisions on product development
• Oversee the entire product development process from discovery to delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and design
• Build and develop a world-class product and design team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in early-stage or high-growth companies
• Proven track record of finding product-market fit and leading product organizations
• Experience in both product management and product design
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to differentiate between good and great products
• Direct communicator capable of engaging at an executive level while managing details
