Job Summary
Passionate about skincare and innovation, the full-time Head of Product Development will lead in-house product initiatives, oversee a continuous improvement program for existing products, and collaborate with marketing to validate new product ideas, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage daily with customers to understand market needs and enhance product offerings
- Build and manage a lean product team, focusing on optimizing processes and overcoming bottlenecks
- Develop and implement a quality assurance program for international manufacturing and ensure compliance of products
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in product development within the skincare or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of FDA regulations and product compliance
- Ability to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles
