Job Summary
To build and lead a high-quality clinician network, the full-time remote Head of Provider Network Strategy will define the vision and strategy for the provider lifecycle, focusing on clinician acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy and metrics for the provider lifecycle from acquisition to retention
- Design compensation models and incentive structures to support network scaling while maintaining margins
- Partner with recruiting to develop systems and tools to attract and convert clinicians efficiently
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of operational leadership experience in marketplace, provider network, or digital health operations
- Proven track record in scaling 1099 clinician networks with an understanding of operational and regulatory considerations
- Experience in data-driven analysis and improving funnel metrics
- Strong background in building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to develop scalable systems and processes in ambiguous environments
