Head of Quality Assurance Operations

Job Summary

Owning the quality assurance for all datasets, the full-time Head of Quality Assurance Operations will manage quality standards, oversee a global contingent workforce, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality audio data while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality bar across all data operations, ensuring consistency and on-time delivery of datasets
• Design and implement the quality review structure organized by language and region
• Manage relationships with staffing vendors and service providers while planning capacity against production ramps

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years in operations, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience running quality operations for large contingent workforce networks across multiple countries
• Proven track record of managing quality at scale, including calibration and capacity planning
• Experience building systems for tooling and contingent workforce sourcing at scale
• Familiarity with speech, audio, or linguistic data is a strong plus
