Head of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives in Revenue and Billing Operations, the full-time Head of Revenue Operations will set the multi-year vision, oversee billing processes, and lead cross-functional alignment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for Revenue and Billing Operations, ensuring alignment and execution across teams
• Own end-to-end billing processes, translating client agreements into scalable billing logic and workflows
• Lead a team of directors and managers, fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in revenue operations, billing, finance, or related roles, preferably in logistics or high-volume environments
• Proven experience designing or transforming a revenue/billing function at scale
• Strong understanding of complex billing models and data systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, billing platforms)
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and experience with software revenue is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across Finance leadership and executive stakeholders
