Head of Software Systems

Job Summary

To lead the management and optimization of software systems across a global nonprofit organization, the full-time Head of Software Systems & Business Enablement will oversee a portfolio of 300+ systems, drive innovation and AI integration, and establish strong partnerships between business operations and technology in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year systems roadmap aligned with organizational growth and technology strategy
• Lead system administration and functional support for a diverse software portfolio, ensuring compliance and effective lifecycle management
• Build and manage a business partnership function to identify process improvements and enhance technology utilization across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications or digital transformation roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record in leading major system implementations and managing distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and experience with various enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with application integrations, APIs, and technology financial optimization
