Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition, the remote-friendly role will lead a team of approximately seven recruiting professionals, focusing on transforming the talent acquisition function into a strategic, scalable, and data-driven organization while partnering with business leaders to enhance hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evolve the current talent acquisition organization, processes, and strategies for improvement
• Lead and develop the recruiting team, serving as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders
• Establish operational excellence through clear recruiting processes, metrics, and technology optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on leading recruiting teams in high-growth environments
• Proven ability to transform existing recruiting functions and processes effectively
• Experience in recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and executive roles
• Strong expertise in recruiting operations and technology, including familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and change management skills using data-driven decision-making
