Job Summary
Leading regional technology operations and service management, the full-time Head of Technology Operations will ensure reliable and efficient technology platforms and services across EMEA and APAC while working from the Global Headquarters in Stockholm with some remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational performance, service quality, and technology reliability across EMEA and APAC
- Drive regional service management practices, including incident, problem, change, and service performance management
- Act as the primary interface between regional stakeholders and Global Service Delivery organizations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience leading complex application and service operations
- Experience managing large operational organizations in multiple regions
- Strong understanding of enterprise-scale IT environments
- Experience managing significant organizational change
