Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on engineering leader, the full-time Head of Testing and Automation will build testing and automation systems to ensure reliable software releases, set technical direction, and leverage AI to enhance testing efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the testing and automation roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams
- Build reusable test infrastructure and CI/CD integration across product surfaces
- Develop AI-assisted testing methods and establish meaningful assertions for release criteria
Required Qualifications
- Strong software engineering experience with automation and quality infrastructure
- Proven ability to enhance verification reliability in delivery pipelines
- Practical experience with LLMs or agents and their evaluation
- Technical leadership experience with a focus on quality and delivery tradeoffs
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright and sensitive-data products
