Head of UX/UI Design

Job Summary

To lead the design vision and execution across all product surfaces, the full-time Head of UX/UI Design will manage and mentor a team of designers while actively contributing to high-leverage design work in a remote setting, accommodating US East Coast working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the design team, setting high standards for craft and delivery
• Contribute directly to complex design projects while overseeing the end-to-end design process
• Run user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and track design impact on product adoption

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of managing designers while delivering high-quality product work
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for complex workflows or enterprise tools
• Expertise in Figma, including design systems and engineering handoff
• Experience designing for multiple user types with differing goals and mental models
