Job Summary

Owning every aspect of video production, the full-time Head of Video will elevate the quality of content for Coram AI's YouTube channel and other platforms, ensuring weekly publication and effective audience engagement while working remotely with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee video production from concept to publication, ensuring high standards for storytelling, pacing, and technical quality
• Direct filming and editing processes, managing a video editor and freelancers to produce engaging content
• Develop strategies for video distribution and audience growth in collaboration with the Head of Content and SEO

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of video production experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role for a brand or channel
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
• Experience in audience growth on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for a general audience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative range and individual contributions to video projects
